  1. We pack our items with great care and affection to ensure that they reach our consumers securely. If your item is damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will take care of this right away.
  2. As great as our items are, we recognize that they may not always fit in your house. In such cases, we provide refunds as a service. We accept returns only up to 7 days after the purchase is delivered. We would want you to specify which goods you intend to return. If you are returning a portion of an item, please give back only the portion of the order to the pickup agent.
    1. If this is your first time returning a product to us, the return will be completed free of charge. We will pick up the product(s) from your home, and after it has been picked up, we will provide a store credit for the value of the products returned, allowing you to shop for anything else on our website. Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable. If a prior COD order was cancelled at the doorstep, we have the right to refuse a free return.
    2. If you have previously returned a product to us, we charge a small fee to handle further returns. The fee schedule is as follows. We will provide a store credit for the amount of the things returned (less the below costs) after the items have been picked up from your doorstep so that you may purchase for anything else on our website. Shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.
      1. For orders below Rs 1500 -> pickup charge is Rs 150
      2. For orders above Rs 1500 -> pickup charge is 10% of the order total
  3. The returned products must be in their original packaging. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you got it. In addition, all original paperwork must be returned with the goods.
  4. In rare situations, our courier partner (Shiprocket) may be unable to service the pincode for returns.In such circumstances, the reverse pickup can only be performed once the pincode is functional again.
  5. We ship thousands of packages every day, and lost items or theft in transit are exceedingly unusual. If you believe your shipment has been tampered with, please contact the Gutlooks team as soon as possible via email and capture a video before opening your box. If you receive an SMS claiming that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the Gutlooks team within 24 hours of receiving the successful delivery email/SMS.
  6. Gutlooks uses third-party courier providers and is not responsible for shipment delays. We provide an estimate of the number of days necessary for delivery. We also provide the greatest possible support to guarantee that the items reach consumers as quickly as feasible. Please contact the customer service staff if you have any time-sensitive orders.
  7. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after 4 hours of being placed. Once an order has been packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be considered as a return if not accepted. Gutlooks maintains the right to refuse future COD orders. Gutlooks has the right to impose two-way shipping expenses for prepaid orders.

  9. Return requests must be authorised before they may be processed. Your return request must be received and approved by email by the Gutlooks care staff. It may take up to 48 hours for the team to respond to your request once it has been received.

When we get your returns and they pass our quality tests, we will provide you a store credit/voucher that you may use on your next purchase. The voucher is valid for three months and may be used whenever you like.

We strive to resolve any problems peacefully. This is due to our desire for the finest for your property. If any problems arise that are not resolved despite our best efforts, the matter will be heard in Kolkata, India.

The Return Process must be initiated within 48 hours from the product being delivered. The Customer can initiate returns based on the following option:

  • If there is a size issue with the product.
  • If there is different product delivered than the one for which the order has been placed.
  • If there is a damage caused in the transit or
  • If the product in the package is damaged without a scratch to the packaging.

On sending the request you will receive a successfully submitted return request mail with a preference code(RMA) and order number.

You will then received another mail for either an approval or a decline in your given email Id. if your request is approved then follow the given instructions below to return the product.

Pack all the returned items, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

  1. Go to the local post office, or another carrier, to ship the package.
