If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed, you can do so, provided the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Login to “My account” -& “My Order“ & “Cancel Order“.

Once the cancellation has been processed, the money will be refunded to the same account used to make the payment, within 2 to 5 business days.
